Down Under
Bit of a random post today, but I am completely and utterly obsessed with the comfiest knickers of all time. Brought to you by Jack Wills. There's no way I can justify spending £12.50 on a pair of knickers so I suggest buying them on sale. At the end of every season the Hartford Boypants go on sale for up to half the price. But honestly they are so comfy. (When I last counted I had between 20-30 pairs!!!! oops)

Review | Illamasqua Liquid Metal Palette
Let me set the scene; I walked into Debenhams eager to buy something, (do you ever have those days when you just want to buy something, just for the sake of it? I was having one of those days) but unsure of what to get and I found myself at the Illamasqua counter swatching the most beautiful quad. I stood there for at least 10 minutes, whilst Jed stomped his foot, just staring at it. It's SO pretty. Under pressure I caved and forked out £34 on an impulse buy. The Illamasqua Four Colour Liquid Metal Palette. This was my first Illamasqua product and I can't say I'm impressed!
Within minutes of putting this on my lids, even after using a primer or a base shadow, it had creased. The products aren't long lasting or pigmented. The shades are beautiful though, and after doing some research I read that it looks and works better as a base and to use simular shades over the top to give them a metallic finish. So I shall have to give it another go. The consistency is really nice, and I apply using my fingers. But it's 100% not worth the amount it cost! SAVE YOUR MONIES PEOPLE!
Instead you could buy...
Maybelline Colour Tattoo Eyeshadow - Eternal Gold (£4.99)
Rimmel Kate Matte Lipstick - 111 (£5.49)
Tanya Burr Lipgloss - Aurora (£6.99)
Real Techniques Stippling Brush (£10.99)
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer (£4.19)
... totalling in £32.65 (with £1.35 to spare)

Just Peachy
Gloss is in!
As a matte lipstick lover - lipgloss is never something that's appealed to me.
I've recently suffered severe dry and cracked lips. Nothing I used would fix them. All lipsticks, especially matte, looked awful and dried my lips out even more which was just painful!
Here I'm wearing the YSL Rouge Volupte Lipstick in No.13 Peach Passion with Tanya Burr Lipgloss Afternoon Tea over the top.

Review | LUSH Lip Scrub
Lush, a very welshy word which means beautiful/cool/pretty/nice/tasty etc. etc. So for some strange reason I feel an attachment to this shop. Although, going in there just makes me feel overwhelmed because there's so much to sniff and play with. After seeing the Lush Lip Scrub make it's rounds on the internet, I decided to go out and purchase it. It's basically tasted sugar that you scrub on your lips to remove dead skin and what not, then at the end you get to lick it off. Although I'm not totally sure how comfartable I am with licking and swallowing gunk off my lips *shudders* eurgh.
Although undeniably scrumcious... I feel the product is over hyped! I just feel that it still leaves flakey skin on my lips!
But you can go into Lush a test the product for yourself, before making the plunge of buying it. It's essentially expensive sugar, costing £5.50 for a little pot. There's also Mint and Popcorn flavours available.
