Review | Topshop Cream Blush

I struggle to find a blusher that I truly love. Last year I ventured into using a cream blush. Since then I have moved onto the Topshop Cream Blush in shade Head Over Heels (available to purchase here). It retails at £7.00 - extremely affordable. Topshop makeup is high quality and not too pricey - WELL DONE TOPSHOP.

I love the shade, it's kind of peachy! But Topshop have released several more shades, so there's one to suit everyone! I apply it with a RT Stippling Brush (just the most amazing brush ever!) because I find it's slightly more even than using your fingers. The product is highly pigmented, although it doesn't stay all day.
I love the pop of colour it adds to your cheeks.

Golden Eye

Everyone talks about the Maybelline Colour Tattoos. Specifically shade On and On Bronze, a beautiful golden/bronze cream eyeshadow. They cost £4.99, and are beautiful for a simple sweep of colour on the lids. I suggest using you finger to pat this onto the lid. I paired this with a Avon Always on Point eyeliner in Molten Emerald (although it's showing up blue in the photos). It's easy to use and it sharpens itself in the lid.

The colours really compliment eachother. They stayed put all night without budging, and the cream eyeshadow barely creases. I loved this look! Gold eyes are meant to be a huge spring trend, and this is my spin on the look.

Review | Sleek Palette

For Christmas I recieved the Sleek Vintage Romance Palette. Time after time again I feel myself reaching for it. It truly is a beautiful palette and I adore the names (anyone else think that names are important? or just me haha)

If you love a pop of colour on your eyes then this palette is for you! It has purples, blues and metalics. All shades are highly pigmented. Best of all it's inexpensive, selling at ONLY £7.99. Great value for money!

Review | EOS Lipbalm

EOS Lipbalms have had quite a lot of attention recently, between taking centre stage in Miley Cyrus' music video which you can watch here and appearing on Kim Kardashian's Insta. My boyfriend got me a set of 5 for my birthday last year and I went on to buy a limited adition set of 4. I suggest getting them from Amazon if they're not readily available in your country (which they're not in the UK), they're really expensive when you buy them in stores.

They're unusual shapes and pretty colours caught my eye. I like having these in my collection and I use them constantly. They taste and smell amazing (totally a reason to buy them in my eyes) but I wouldn't say that they're paticularly moisturising.
Although lovely, not worth all the hype they've recieved. The UK prices can get ridiculously expensive considering they're so cheap in the US.

WICKED

It was recently my boyfriend's 19th birthday, as a gift I got him tickets to see Wicked The Musical as it was touring the UK. You might not know this but I am completely obsessed with musicals and shows (as is my boyfriend) so a very appropriate gift.
I'd already seen the musical twice on West End, London. But you can't get too much of a good thing right?
I highly recommend going to see the show if you haven't already. Even my mother who isn't much of a muscial fan, thinks this show is amazing!

We caught the train up in the morning, and had breakfast on the train! We befriended the people who were sat opposite and spent the whole hour and a half chatting about musicals! We then spent the day shopping in Cardiff City Centre. Cardiff has the best shops and shopping atmosphere. There's a huge variety of shops, which could easily give London a run for it's money. If you're in the UK and looking for somewhere to go for the weekend, I recommend Cardiff. It's relaxed and a truly beautiful city with lots to do! Sammi, The Beauty Crush, wrote a whole post on her trip to Cardiff which you can read here!
We had lunch in Prezzo, and caught up with one of Jed's friends, before catching a train over to the Bay.
I want to take a moment to look at Jed and I's couple coats ha! We unintentionally wore the same one! I've also written a post about my mac which I shall link here if you want to go over and read it.

Sorry this post is slightly photo orientated!
